Before we build.

A 50% project deposit is due when you place your order, calculated from the preliminary estimate and credited toward the final accepted price. Fabrication and scheduled installation require your acceptance of the reviewed quote and at least 50% of that accepted total paid.

Studio estimates are preliminary allowances. Final pricing, supply scope, taxes, delivery, installation, payment stages, cancellation and warranty terms must be stated in the reviewed project quote.

Displayed finishes, lighting and renders are visual previews. Confirm physical samples, field dimensions, fixing methods, electrical requirements and fireplace clearances with the assigned professionals before fabrication.

TVs and decorative styling objects are visualization items unless explicitly included in the accepted quote. Design drafts stay on the current device; submitted designs are stored with your order.

Pre-launch notice: final sales, deposit/refund, delivery and warranty terms require business approval. Payments remain disabled until terms are approved in server configuration.
